2.	Am I required to add a picture or video to my resume to use this service?
Absolutely not. The addition of a resume or a picture is a completely optional feature we have on our site. While you are not required to add a picture or video to your resume, we have found that resumes that DO contain a picture or video tend go get more attention from employers, and get more hits on our web-site.
3.	What types of companies use SpotLight247.com?
We have all sorts of employers who use our service, ranging from local small business employers to multinational publicly traded companies.

5.	I want to post jobs on SpotLight247.com. How do I do this?
Posting jobs on SpotLight247.com is quick, easy, and free. In addition to free job posting you can also review our resume data base at no cost #1) Go to our homepage at www.SpotLight247.com. #2) Click on "Login/Register". #3) If you are an existing member, please log in and follow the directions. If you have not used our services in past , please register under new member sign up, click on the green "Employer" icon and follow the directions. #4) After you have created a company profile, on your company profile page click on the link "post job" or "post new job" and follow the steps.
6.	I forgot my password/login info. What should I do?
Please refer to our Account Assistance Page: http://www.spotlight247.com/Account_assistance.asp If you still cannot login to your account please send an e-mail to info@SpotLight247.com with the subject "Cannot Login". Also Indicate the following: 1.) Whether your a job-seeker or an employer 2.) Your first and last name, and your companies name (If you are an employer) 3.) The e-mail address you used during registration. 4.) The approximate date you registered (Yesterday, a few weeks ago, a few months ago, etc) We will look into your information and get back to you, as soon as possible.
7.	I was registering my company to post jobs and search through resumes, and I noticed that I was asked if I wanted to upload a picture or video. Is there a cost to this?
There is no charge to upload a picture/logo or video to your company profile. It is free. Some companies have used this feature to upload a company credo message, there company logo, or their Television Commercial.
8.	Why do you allow a four month listing, while other job sites only offer a one month job posting?
After many discussions with recruiters and employers like yourself, we have realized that one month is simply not enough time to find a quality employee for your company. Further research has shown that when most companies hire a new employee, the first 30-60 days are on a trial or probationary basis. Up to 20% of the jobs filled end up being terminated by either the employer or job-seeker. By allowing a 4 month posting, your job gets more exposure, you are given ample time to make a wise decision in a relaxed manner, and you avoid the hassle of repeated job postings.
9.	Do I need to pay extra to view resumes?
While our competitors charge thousands of dollars to view resumes, on SpotLight247.com, browsing resumes is free.
10.	What is Featured Company?
By checking the "Featured Company" option, your company logo or video will be displayed on our featured video or company section and will provide extra exposure to your company and job listing. Adminstration approval is required. It will be linked to your company profile.
